Buying or selling a home is a big decision.
My role isn't to convince someone to move.
It's to ask the questions they may not have thought about yet.
Sometimes the answer is "Let's move."
Sometimes it's "Let's wait."
Either way, I want people to feel confident in the decision they make.

There's something that happens when we spend too much time indoors.

The world gets a little smaller.
Screens, schedules, and responsibilities slowly crowd out the quiet moments we didn't even realize we were missing.

Then summer reminds us.

The warmth of the sun.
The smell of fresh-cut grass.
A walk beneath tall pines.
A breeze across a lake.
Coffee on the porch before the day begins.

Whatever "outside" looks like for you, nature has a remarkable way of restoring something inside us.

I hope you find a little time this summer to step away from the noise and simply enjoy the world that's waiting just beyond your door.
