Congratulations to and on your new home 🥳🍾 Thank you so much for trusting me to guide you and your family through the buying and negotiation process, especially in today’s market.

To win in a seller’s market, you have to have patience and a lot of trust in who you’re working with.

I’d be lying if I said this was a “one and done” situation. We lost out on some other homes, but thank goodness for that because this one truly fit the dream bill and checked more boxes than any other.

With multiple bids on the table, we won out. It was meant to be.
