We celebrated the last day of “Expat Spouse English Class” — a weekly class where we connected, had fun, and added to our “English toolkit” (learning small talk skills, talking on the phone, American social norms, etc.)
It’s always bittersweet on the last day— bitter because we’ll miss this group, but sweet because we see the friendships they’ve made and how much they’ve grown in their English confidence.
