Kincy Abstract & Sabine Title Co. Kincy Abstract and Sabine Title Company has a long history of serving the greater Hunt County community.

The company was founded in 1896 as an abstract business. As the industry changed and title insurance was offered to the public, Kincy Abstract began issuing Title Insurance as well. In the 1950s, a group of local business people established the Sabine Title Company. In the late 1970s, the two companies were purchased by local investors, who continued to operate the companies under a new corporate

name. In 1991, Bobby Stovall acquired the stock of the corporation and began the process of merging the two companies into one. Since 1992, the company has been known as Kincy Abstract & Sabine Title Company. Throughout these changes one thing has stayed constant: the company's desire to offer to the public the best and most reliable service possible. Because of our 100+ years of continuous operation, delivering whatever title information the industry required, Kincy Abstract and Sabine Title Company has the most extensive plant and real estate records of any company licensed in Hunt County. With our experience and resources, the company is able to handle transactions in-house that other companies cannot. We also have insights into many transactions that others can only speculate about. Kincy Abstract & Sabine Title has continued to grow, while offering a full range of services. And, as in each year of our history, our first priority is to serve the needs of all our clients.

Happy Closing Day at Kincy Abstract & Sabine Title Co.

Thank you to my incredible clients who I love like family, I’ve been blessed to know them my entire life and it means so much that they trusted me to represent them.

We lived by the motto: wait, trust and pray. It all worked and we are so thankful for 3 closings simultaneously pulled together by Madison Tillett and all the great people at Kincy!
