May is National Elder Law Month!

Colombo Kitchin Attorneys, John Dunn and Charlotte-Anne Alexander have practiced elder and special needs law, collectively, for over 50 years and focus their practice on elder law and estate planning/probate. Each is a long-standing member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), the North Carolina Chapter of NAELA and of the Elder Law and Special Needs Law Section of the North Carolina Bar Association. Charlotte-Anne is a Past President of the NC Chapter of NAELA.

With the population of Americans age 65 and older growing at an unprecedented rate, it is more important than ever to plan for the legal, health, and financial issues that affect older adults and their families. Colombo Kitchin is proud to offer quality legal advice and representation to older adults and their loved ones in Eastern Carolina and help them carefully navigate the legal challenges and opportunities of aging.
