It is my extreme pleasure to introduce to you, Wholesaling Academy brought to you by The Property Whiz!
If you want to sky rocket your wholesaling business to the next level, this is the program for you. Essentially I'll be looking to work with a small group of people on an individual basis and provide them a complete blue print of what a scalable, efficient wholesaling business looks like, while working together closely, on growing their wholesaling business.
This program will be far different than any of the "guru" programs or courses out there. During the time I spent learning the wholesaling business, I got a lot of concepts down from courses, etc., but it was the "how" that eluded me, that no one would really tell you..... How do I apply that in my market? What should I say to this type of seller exactly? How can I do this? How can I do that? Etc. Etc. So the Wholesaling Academy has been created to fill in those gaps.
I will give you the "how" about everything!
And the best part is, there's NO monthly or upfront costs for students in the program. I provide the platform and the system. There are programs out there where you have to get a second mortgage on your house, just to pay for! It's ridiculous! And I'm tired of seeing people throw $10k, $20k, $30k or more for courses and boot camps!! NO MORE!!!
Students may pay out of pocket for such things as marketing they want to implement, and if they want to hire help as well (ie. a VA, acquisitions mgr, etc.)
The Platform and system I will provide will be totally free! You will get use of the most robust and scalable CRM there is, Email blasting tools, automation tools, etc. You may choose to add paid items if you like, but not necessary.
