King Legal Group is seeking a legal secretary/paralegal for a full-time position. The position will offer a competitive compensation and benefits package.

Duties will include (but are not limited to): typing, filing, case management, answering phones, scheduling, assisting attorneys in everyday operation, direct contact with clients and the courts and related tasks.

Necessary skills and qualifications include: proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (specifically including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and a basic proficiency with Excel), attention to detail, typing, familiarity with legal documents, professionalism, scheduling, interpersonal skills, multi-tasking, legal administrative skills, and maintaining client relationships.

The position involves Monday through Friday work hours, without night or weekend work required. The position will offer competitive pay as well as the ability to receive benefits including retirement, vacation time and holidays, and the option to opt into law firm health insurance plan.
