McNamee Hosea is pleased to welcome Brian L. Krell as an Associate in the firm’s Bankruptcy Group. Brian is dedicated to helping clients navigate difficult financial situations with empathy, clear communication, and practical solutions tailored to their individual circumstances.

With a client-focused and thoughtful approach, Brian works to achieve the best possible outcomes while ensuring clients feel informed and supported throughout the process. His background in public service and client-centered roles has helped shape his compassionate yet results-driven style of practice.

Outside of the office, Brian enjoys weightlifting, golfing, swimming, skiing, and attending Orioles games. He is also actively involved in his community, serving on the Auxiliary Board of Trustees for Washington Jesuit Academy and as Alumni Secretary for his professional fraternity at the University of Maryland.

Loishirl is a commercial litigation attorney who represents businesses and financial institutions in complex disputes involving contracts, real estate, and other high-value matters. She guides clients through every stage of litigation, from early case assessment and strategy to discovery, motion practice, and trial, always focused on protecting their legal and financial interests. Her approach combines careful analysis with practical business judgment to help clients resolve disputes efficiently and move forward with confidence.

She was drawn to the legal profession by a desire to advocate zealously for clients in meaningful, high stakes matters. Loishirl takes a thoughtful, client-centered approach, beginning with listening closely to understand each client’s goals and concerns. She then develops strategies aligned with those objectives, ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the process.
