The Associate will work on providing crucial assistance in representing individuals seeking asylum, adjustment of status, naturalization, consular processing, family-based petitions, and other humanitarian-based immigration benefits. This role will include conducting preliminary work in preparation for hearings and interviews before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) and the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

• Conduct intakes, interview clients, draft declarations, assist in gathering evidence, and prepare for court hearings and USCIS interviews.
• Research and write briefs, motions, memos, and legal arguments.

Required Qualifications:
• The candidate must be a member of a state bar.
• Compassion for clients from all walks of life, including trauma survivors.
• Fluent in English and foreign language skills are a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and highly organized.
• Possess strong written, oral, and communication skills.

Compensation:
