Warming up Some Houses on Long Island!

Despite all the snow and the frigid temps…we managed to stay pretty busy staging…and creating a lot of warmth as we go! I think that’s the whole point…the reason why we stage a home - it’s to make those who enter feel warm…feel invited…feeling like they are “At Home.” An empty, vacant home - no matter how beautiful and architecturally perfect, can feel soulless and cold. Older vacant homes need that warmth plus a splash of a modern, contemporary vibe as well.

We just staged this gorgeous house in Manhasset -49 George - and it’s pending already!

Well - good news for the realtors and the owners but great news for me because I had to “donate” my dining room chairs to finish this staging! We’ve been so busy with stagings that I was running so low on inventory, especially dining chairs! So, maybe I’ll get them back before I have a party in August. I usually have at least 2 - so getting these back early will be such a welcome!
