🇪🇨 After nearly 30 years in the U.S., our client from Ecuador is one step closer to stability.

He has been in the United States since 1995 and built his life here with his family. Our office successfully helped terminate his removal case, then moved forward with his green card case through his U.S. citizen daughter.

Because of an old qualifying filing from years ago, he was also able to benefit from a special immigration law provision known as 245(i).
