You can find your receipt number on all notices of action USCIS sends you, it is a 13 character identifier that consists of 3 letters and 10 numbers. The receipt number is typically found on the front page towards the left side. For example the receipt number may start with letters such as EAC, WAC, LIN, SRC, NVC, MSC, IOE.

You may obtain a copy of your I-94, by entering the Department of Homeland Security website: https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/ #/home and request “get the most recent I-94”. You will need personal information such as full name, date of birth, passport number, and country of citizenship of the person. If filled out correctly, you should be able to obtain your most recent I-94.

For most immigration applications you can submit a USCIS inquiry if your application has been pending longer than the processing times posted. You or your attorney may also call USCIS, but will need your full name, receipt number, and current physical address.

USCIS Form AR-11, Alien’s Change of Address Card, is to be used by all noncitizens in the United States who must report a change of address to USCIS within 10 days of moving to ensure USCIS mails all important notices and documents to the right address. It is important to note that changing your address with the United States Postal Service does NOT change your address with USCIS.

USCIS Form, N-565 Application for Replacement Naturalization/Citizenship Document, is used to apply to USCIS for a replacement of a: certificate of naturalization, certificate of citizenship, declaration of intention, or repatriation certificate. You may file an N-565, if your certificate of naturalization, certificate of citizenship, declaration of intention or repatriation certificate was lost, stolen, destroyed, mutilated, or if the document is incorrect due to a typographical error by USCIS or your name was changed by marriage, divorce, annulment, or court order. The Department of US Homeland Security will not accept laminated certificates, so please ensure you do not laminate it.

El Formulario de USCIS, N-565 Solicitud de Reemplazo de Documento de Naturalización/Ciudadanía, se utiliza para solicitar al USCIS un reemplazo de: certificado de naturalización, certificado de ciudadanía, declaración de intención o certificado de repatriación.
