Congrats to Saya and Michael on their home purchase!
Saya and Michael came to us through a past client referral with questions about maintenance on a property they were under contract on. We answered and talked through their questions as best as we could.
A few weeks later they reached out and explained their deal had fallen through and asked if we could help them with their home search. We got to work, educated them on the home buying process from start to finish so they understood what to expect at every step. When it came time to make an offer, there were no surprises and no confusion. We negotiated a solid deal for them, below asking price and seller concessions.
