Major Homes Month at a Glance! 🏡

May was a busy and exciting month for Major Homes, and as always, such a fun one!

We celebrated 15 total closings, helping 9 sellers and 6 buyers take their next step. From an off-market property and an out-of-state seller to clients relocating, upgrading, and downsizing, this month truly had a little bit of everything.

And we're not slowing down! While we closed 15 transactions in May, we currently have 12 more projected to close in June. 🎉

No two moves look the same, and we're so grateful to be trusted through each unique journey. Thank you to our amazing clients, referral partners, and everyone who played a part in making these success stories possible.

We've been a little quiet on our Major Homes page lately, but don't mistake quiet for not busy! 😊

May has been an incredible month for our team. At one point, we had 25 homes pending at the same time! 🎉 Many of those have already made it to the closing table, and we're excited to see the rest projected to close throughout June.

But it wasn't just a busy month in real estate...

❤️ Rachel welcomed a sweet new baby to the family.
🎓 Lacey celebrated a huge milestone as her middle "baby" graduated.
🏡 And through it all, we had the privilege of helping so many clients move forward into their next chapters.
