Congratulations to Bill and Barb on the purchase of their new home!

Relocating from Colorado, Bill and Barb knew exactly what they were looking for. When the right home hit the market, Lyndsey had to move quickly to make sure they didn’t miss out. Over the past year, this journey included virtual showings, countless phone calls, coordinating with family members to view homes on their behalf, travel plans, flights back and forth, and even coordinating their Michigan closing through a title office in Colorado so everything could come together seamlessly. WOO! 🎉

While finding the right home was important, what makes this closing even more special is the reason behind the move. Bill and Barb are returning to their Michigan roots and will now be closer to the family and loved ones.

Helping clients navigate a long distance move like this takes a village, and we are so grateful to have been part of their journey. Congratulations to Lyndsey’s clients who just sold their home in Hastings!

A few years ago, Lyndsey had the opportunity to meet these wonderful clients. Since then, she has been honored to help them through multiple real estate transactions and important life milestones along the way.

They officially closed on their beautiful 26+ acre property in Hastings. With wooded trails, mature maple trees, a stocked pond, abundant wildlife, and incredible privacy, this property truly embodied the best of Pure Michigan living.

While saying goodbye to a home is always bittersweet, we’re excited for these sellers as they begin their next chapter and move closer to family. Sometimes the best move isn’t about the house. It’s about being near the people who matter most.

Thank you for your continued trust over the years. It has been a privilege for Lyndsey to help guide you through multiple moves, milestones, and new beginnings. Congratulations on your successful closing!

Jacob recently had the privilege of helping some lifelong friends purchase a home in Muskegon. Having grown up together, it made this experience especially meaningful that they trusted him to guide them through such an important milestone.

Finding a home that was the perfect fit for their growing family and their 9-month-old baby made this closing one to remember. Helping friends, families, and clients find the right place to call home is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.
