Spending the day with horses soothes the soul. 🐎❤️

For Red Day at Keller Williams GR East, we had the honor of volunteering at The Barn For Equine Learning, whose mission is to bring horses and humans together to foster healing, growth, and transformation through equine-assisted therapy. It was a great day filled with laughter, giving back, and supporting an organization doing meaningful work in our community. Proud to be part of a company that makes service a priority!

An icon’s epic property, a true piece of Palm Springs’ history. 🌴

Long before Palm Springs became a design pilgrimage destination, Bob Hope commissioned legendary architect John Lautner to build something truly unlike anything else — a 23,000 sq ft estate perched high above the desert with a sweeping UFO-like copper roof inspired by the surrounding mountains. Completed in 1979, the home featured enormous glass walls, giant indoor boulders, dramatic circular skylights, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, spas, ponds, putting greens, and panoramic views stretching across the Coachella Valley. Louis Vuitton even staged a major runway show on the property in 2015. Despite its architectural icon status, the estate took years to find the right buyer before selling in 2016 for $13 million to billionaire Ron Burkle. Today the property is valued at around $16 million.
