Celebrating my 10th transaction year one of real estate! 🥂

When I decided to add RE alongside my marketing biz, I had no idea how much I’d love it. It’s stretched and challenged me, and also reminded me that it’s never too late to learn something new. The best part has been the people, from my brokerage fam to the amazing clients I’ve had the privelage of serving, each with their own unique story. What a ride!

We also became property managers this year, and it's been amazing (and, at times, slightly terrifying 😂), but overall, it’s been an awesome experience.

I’m incredibly thankful for this journey. Thank you to everyone who has supported me, referred me, encouraged me, and cheered me on from the sidelines. It truly means the world. 🙏

Man oh man…I love what I do! 🥂 Congratulations to my client on the purchase of her gorgeous new home and the successful sale of her equally gorgeous home.

Not every transaction goes as planned, and this one definitely had its ups and downs, from lending challenges on the other side to closing date delays. Through it all, I’m so grateful my client trusted the process and trusted me to navigate the challenges and get us across the finish line.

Today, it all came together, and I couldn't be happier for her. Congratulations on this exciting new chapter! 🏡✨

This was me yesterday and today as I made my way back east. An unbelievable travel nightmare had me walking through my front door at 4:00 a.m., only to get up 2.5 hours later to start the day, get my kiddo packed, and off to camp (and me to work!).

It was definitely a challenge, but it was a challenge that motivated me to JUST GET HOME so I could show up for her no matter what. It took a ton of strategic moves, plenty of flexibility, and a whole lot of persistence, but I made it.

I treat life the same way I approach my job in real estate. We're constantly thrown curveballs, and we have to flex, adapt, problem-solve, overcome, and KEEP MOVING FORWARD for our clients.

So to me? This was just another day. 😉 The best agents know how to get you home.
