Our Story
Born and raised in Michigan, schooled in Miami and a former resident of Colorado, Kathleen can appreciate the “art of moving”. Kathleen began buying and selling homes in 2004 when she was only 18 years old. After college she started a career in the hospitality industry working for a large well-known luxury hotel. She gained wonderful experience working with a variety of high-profile clientele while providing superior service and attention to detail anticipating their wants and needs.
Kathleen moved to Miami in 2005, fell in love with The Beach and shortly after she was launching her career in real estate. She has built an incredible and dedicated clientele base, indicative of her strong work ethic and strong client advocacy. She handles all of her clients with great care and her relationships often transcend the business world. Working with Kathleen, one feels like they have known her for years; the level of comfort she bestows upon her clients is priceless.
Kathleen moved to Grand Rapids in 2017 and has quickly made a name for herself in the high-end real estate community. She rolls out the red carpet for all of her clients. Kathleen is a member of The National Association of Realtors, The Grand Rapids Association of Realtors, and The Miami Association of Realtors.
