WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN A WILL AND A TRUST:

A will has to go through Probate Court which can be expensive, time-consuming, and intrusive process which requires:

*Notifying the court of a person's death.

*An inventory of the person's property and value.

*Providing the court with the will.

*Waiting to distribute the remaining property.
The benefits of a trust:

*A trust can avoid the probate process, thus avoiding the time and expense associated with court proceedings.

*A trust can allow for the quick and easy transfer of your property to your loved ones.

*A trust is a private document.

*A trust can be revoked or amended at any time during your lifetime.

Unlike a will, which does not prevent probate court, a trust will allow your loved ones to bypass the probate process.
