While higher mortgage rates are still impacting affordability, buyer demand across West Michigan has remained steady, especially for well-priced homes in desirable communities ✔️

Inventory has also continued to improve compared to recent years, giving buyers more options as we move further into the spring and summer market ☀️

One key takeaway from this month’s update: this isn’t the ultra-competitive market of 2021 and 2022, but it’s also far from a slow market. Buyers are more selective, sellers need to be strategic, and well-positioned homes are still attracting strong interest.
