🏡 It’s official. This cutie by the river in Lowell has closed, and the new owners take possession in just a few weeks.

I’ll be honest, this one wasn’t easy. This transaction was a rollercoaster, and it reminded me that this job isn’t always sunshine and roses. Sometimes it’s about walking alongside someone as they close a really hard chapter of their life, and doing everything you can to make that harder chapter a little softer for them.

Moments like this remind me why trust matters so much in this work. When a client puts that kind of faith in me, it’s the greatest compliment I could ever receive. And honestly, it reminded me to trust my own gut too, both as an agent and as a person.

I couldn’t have gotten this one closed without the people around me. It takes a village, and mine showed up in a big way. To everyone who helped make this happen, thank you from the bottom of my heart. 💚🏡
