The Job:
The real estate paralegal will work directly with the attorney, banks, realtors, government officials, and customers to ensure everything is ready for a successful real estate closing. Daily tasks will include communication with key partners, obtaining information and approvals from government agencies, balancing settlement statements with lenders and opposing parties, and communicating with sellers or purchasers regarding upcoming closings.
Skills Required:
• Strong Attention to Detail
• Good with numbers.
• Bookkeeping, accounting, banking, or prior real estate experience helpful but not required.
• Familiar with Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
• Willingness to learn new software and systems through on-the-job training
• Strong written and oral communication skills for working directly with customers and key partners
• Ability to obtain title agent state licensure (no prior bankruptcy or criminal record)

Location: Hybrid. Applicant must have ability to work in Grand Meadow with option for remote work.
