Grand Junction is growing, but its housing supply isn't keeping up. 🏗️

Our own Matthew Parker, Commercial Broker with Bray Commercial Real Estate, digs into the numbers behind one of Colorado's most undersupplied rental markets:

📈 Population growing at 1.67% annually
🎓 CMU enrollment topping 9,700 students with 6,800 renting in the open market
🏠 Vacancy rate at just 3.1%, roughly half the healthy national benchmark
⚠️ A deficit of up to 2,400 units with no major supply relief until 2027
