🎉 CLOSING DAY! 🏡🔑
Today is a BIG day for my amazing client, and I couldn’t be happier to celebrate her! ❤️
Our journey to get here has been over a year in the making. She was relocating from Wyoming to Fruita, and along the way, we faced some pretty significant hurdles—especially trying to sell her Wyoming home in a challenging, slow market.
But we didn’t give up! 💪 Her incredible lender, LeRoy Brown with Fidelity Mortgage, found some creative solutions that allowed her to move forward with her purchase without having to sell her Wyoming home first. With a little persistence, problem-solving, and a whole lot of teamwork… WE GOT IT DONE! 🙌
And what a home she ended up with! 😍 A beautiful Dutch Colonial sitting on a large lot with established apple trees and SO much potential. 🍎🌳 The possibilities for transforming the inside into her dream home are incredible, and I can’t wait to see what she does with it!
After everything she’s been through to get here, watching her finally cross the finish line today makes this closing extra special. ❤️
