I went to serve a paper out in Lipan, TX and the place I had to serve was a business that had ponies, emus, goats, cows and horses. It was really cool, because there was a storm trooper holding lookout on the side of the tree! I LOVE going to the country serves.

Just one of the ways process servers let a person know they are trying to reach you regarding an important legal matter. If the defendant isn't home, I use a doorhanger that I designed to inform the person I am attempting to reach them.

Doorhangers are a great way to leave notice! Mission Critical Process has a success rate of at least 95% in getting a completed serve with this method.

What if I told you that refusing to take legal papers from a process server entitles you to a one way ticket to giving up your rights?

How would a person benefit from this? Short and sweet, they won't.

A process server is delivering papers for the court, that is all. We are NOT there to run a muck. If you are named in a lawsuit, we are sent to give you notice of the suit. Then you can take steps to stand up for yourself and protect yourself from a judgment or other sanctions. Process servers do not work for any lawyer, and do not know the answers to legal questions.
