I negotiated some pretty tough real estate deals over the years, but NOTHING compares to negotiating with my boys. 😂

Listing agreements? No problem.
Multi-offer situations? I've got this.
Convincing one of my boys that we cannot have a third snack 12 minutes after breakfast? IMPOSSIBLE. 🤣

I guess you could say I've had plenty of practice bringing reason to unreasonable situations.

If you are selling or buying a home in Massachusetts, just know you're working with someone who can handle a little chaos. 🏡 ❤️

Looking for things to do in October across Massachusetts? 🍂🎃 I’ve got you, boo. 👻

From pumpkin patches + c***r donuts to Fall-o-Ween at Frog Pond, Head of the Charles, local trunk-or-treats, date-night restaurants, and a few new spots worth trying, there’s a LOT happening this month that’s actually worth putting on the calendar.

And as a Halloween lover + boy mom… October might just be my favorite month in Massachusetts. 🎃🐈‍⬛👻

I pulled some of my favorites into one place so you don’t turn into a zombie trying to find stuff to do. 🧟

Sorry, Massachusetts… but someone had to say it. 😂🏡

I’m professionally hating on a few of our favorite towns—and keeping it painfully real-estate specific:

Grafton buyers want historic charm without the train traffic.
Newton’s “starter homes” come with seven-figure price tags.
Shrewsbury buyers arrive knowing every school ranking.
Westborough residents want Route 9 convenience without ever driving on Route 9.
Hopkinton turns Marathon proximity into a pricing strategy.
Natick makes you choose between walkability and every store imaginable.
Wellesley fixer-uppers require seven figures—and an architect.
And in Boston? A parking space is basically an additional bedroom.

Rude? Maybe. Accurate? Absolutely. 👀

September in Massachusetts is one of my favorite times of year. 🍎🍂

Summer isn’t quite over, but fall starts sneaking in — c***r donuts, football Sundays, fairs, apple picking, and the first hints of foliage. And there is SO much happening this month.

I rounded up some of my favorite September happenings, restaurants worth trying, new spots to check out, weekend getaways, football-watching spots, and plenty of ideas to kick off your fall bucket list.

August, you gave me a lot to be grateful for. 🤍

A whole lot of baseball, poolside reading, Patriots training camp, real estate wins (and a few curveballs 😅), and some pretty special moments with my favorite people.

The older I get, the more I realize these are the days. The busy ones. The messy ones. The ones filled with kids, work, friends, baseball, houses, sunshine and a million things happening at once.

So grateful I get to build a life, raise my family, and run a business right here in Massachusetts. ❤️
