"On February 17th, 2025, the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled in favor of the Department of Justice/Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (DOJ/FinCEN), and the nationwide stay that previously blocked enforcement has been lifted.

Meaning that, with no further active injunction blocking enforcement, the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) has been reinstated, and if you are required to file, your Corporate Transparency Act/Beneficial Ownership Interest Report (CTA-BOIR), must be prepared and submitted to the DOJ on or before the new March 21, 2025, due date.

Late filing fines are set at $591 per day. Failure to file penalties are worse. Therefore, if either you (or us on your behalf), have not yet prepared and filed your BOI report, in order to avoid the onerous penalties, be sure to prepare and file your report post haste. The official website address for preparing and filing your self-pared BOI report is at the DOJ/FinCEN is: https://www.fincen.gov/boi."

Please note that before we can properly prepare and timely file your BOI report, we will need a clear copy (front and back) of each Beneficial Owner’s driver’s license.
