2️⃣ Divide and Conquer: Split those goals into four quarterly targets. For example, if your aim is 24 closings this year, that’s just 6 per quarter. Breaking it down keeps it manageable and actionable.

3️⃣ Outline Your Actions: For each quarter, list the steps you’ll take to hit your target. Maybe it’s scheduling weekly client check-ins, hosting one open house per month, or stepping up your social media game.

4️⃣ Reflect and Refine: At the end of each quarter, review what worked and what didn’t, and make adjustments. It’s your chance to reset and realign your strategy to stay on track.
