Elite Tax Group is growing, and we’re looking for 6 Tax Preparers to join our team as we prepare for the 2027 Tax Season and the opening of our new office!

We’re looking for professionals who are accurate, coachable, client-focused, and ready to grow with a firm that is expanding beyond traditional tax preparation.

We are especially seeking BILINGUAL TAX PREPARERS (English/Spanish)!

✅ Individual & business tax preparation experience preferred
✅ PTIN required before preparing returns
✅ Comfortable working with clients and technology
✅ Strong attention to detail
✅ Willing to train and follow Elite Tax Group systems
✅ Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply
✅ Opportunities for continued growth beyond tax season

We are looking for only FIVE tax preparers to join our team, including TWO bilingual preparers.

This is a remote, year-round opportunity—not just a seasonal tax position.

We’re looking for people who are:

✅ Friendly, motivated, and coachable
✅ Comfortable talking to people and building clientele
✅ Ready to learn, grow, and adapt to industry changes
✅ Interested in building a scalable income opportunity
✅ Serious about changing their annual income

Pack the Back 2026 concluded yesterday.

Everything that could happen did but the rain held and the families where so happy. As a Premier sponsor our biggest goal is to show up and do what we said we'll do.

The networking and connections with other vendors and sponsors build a great community of hope, strength, and love for each other.
