We were so excited to finally be able to connect to the new Drive 360! Of course, it came with its highs and lows, which we expected with any new system.

We truly appreciate all of our customers’ patience and understanding as we worked through the new system today. We know that with each day, things will get better and smoother.

While the state is still working to get us connected on the new Drive360, we are hopeful tomorrow will bring good news.

WE CAN PROCESS TITLE TRANSFERS, REGISTRATION RENEWALS, DUPLICATE TITLES AND DUPLICATE REGISTRATIONS, ADDRESS CHANGES ON REGISTRATIONS, NOTARY WORK, WILDLIFE AND FISHERY.

UPDATE:

Unfortunately, we are still unable to process DL transactions, NI flags, and NOV’s. I’m not 100% sure but I believe the OMV offices were able to get DL’s done today. They are working diligently to get all of us up and running. We are able to process vehicle transactions at this time.

We are excited to announce that the new Drive 360 system will go live tomorrow!

We will be open at 9:00 am but will need to stop walk-ins at 3:00 pm as we are anticipating a busy day and are required to be completely out of the system by 5:00 pm. Please keep in mind that, with the launch of the new system, processing times may be slower than usual.

Internet has been restored!
We currently have no internet service due to a large truck hitting our lines. This is affecting our phone lines and emails. No ETA on restoration.

We will be closed Monday, September 14th for modernization efforts of the State’s driver’s license system. We will reopen Tuesday, September 15 at 9 AM.

We had a great time volunteering and sponsoring at the Ascension 4 YouthFest at the REV center at Lamar Dixon in Gonzales. Over 1000 children from the community received school supplies, uniform vouchers, played games, ate jambalaya and enjoyed Kona Ice! It was a great day for Ascension Parish.
