Attention Texas! Notary fees have increased! Started September 1st! Yes, even Notaries deserve a little cost of living increase. 🙂
Basic run down for stamp fees, if you need two people to sign your document with one stamp the fee is $10 for the stamp and $1 to verify the additional signature, or $1 per additional person signing the document.
If your documents have one signer, but requires multiple stamps, your fee will be $10 per stamp.
If your notary is mobile, this does not include mobile fees which your notary will disclose before they arrive.

I provide mobile notary service which includes the standard Texas state notarization fees and a mobile fee is discussed. Typically, my mobile fee includes 15 miles round trip. I can notarize your documents at your home, office, hospitals, anywhere!

I am also happy to notarize from my home and you don’t even have to get out of your car! This service is your standard $6.00 per signer, Texas fee per document.

Real Estate closings are not consisered General Notary work and billed depending on package type.

Marketing is advertising. You don’t have to pay these platform ads to market for you.

Did you get out there? Did you put in the work to be seen? Really seen…..get involved with your community, volunteer, join your local chamber of commerce, get to know the residents in your town and create a friendship. When they need your service they will know exactly who they will call!
