I had Noelle Halaby as my family law attorney in a child support case vs. estate of my deceased spouse @ 6 weeks ago. She was able to negotiate a settlement very close to my claim amount for past medical, underpayment of past and future child support. This was due to her presenting which showed sufficient proof for the judge to steer the opposing party to settle. She did a lot of work and provided evidence and arguments professionally and honestly and did not resort to nastiness in-spite of the opposing counsel using false and misleading accusations. She did not succumb to bullying or harassment by the probate lawyer or the family law attorney. She was professional and thorough and ensured justice was served in my case. She was my divorce lawyer 15 years ago and was spectacular then. and she was amazing!
