Remery is an attorney licensed to practice law in the state of California after graduating with a Juris Doctorate degree from Southwestern Law School in 2011, which was named in the top four Entertainment Law Schools in America by The Hollywood Reporter in 2012. Remery was admitted to practice law in California in 1979. Remery has extensive experience in all aspects of family law, probate, conservatorships, estate planning, elder law, Medi-Cal planning, trust administration, civil litigation and general transactional work. In addition to numerous complex estate administrations his experience includes prosecution and defense of will and trust contests, heirship litigation, accounting disputes, fee disputes, creditor claim disputes and contested civil and family law matters.
