Who likes a discount? Lucky for our clients we were able to get their offer accepted for $175,000 less than the sellers asking price! That's a 28% discount! Don't get me wrong, the house needs some work but once my clients are done with it the home should be worth double what they paid for it!

There's no doubt this home gave us a challenge but we got it sold! Just in time as a comparable home in the neighborhood sold for $100k less which would have hurt our appraisal. Not all listings go as planned but we don't quit until the job is done!
