A lot of agents are watching someone post another closing photo while quietly wondering if they’re already falling behind.

What they don’t see is the version of that agent from two years ago working weekends with no escrows, refreshing MLS at midnight, overthinking every client text,
wondering why nobody was calling back.

Real estate has an invisible stage where you’re doing all the right things but nobody externally validates it yet.

That stage breaks most people.
Because the hardest part of this business is not learning contracts.

It’s continuing to believe momentum is building before there’s proof it is.

You just need to:

stay coachable
stay consistent
communicate well
outwork the excuses

A lot of new agents lose confidence because they compare themselves to top producers.

Stop comparing.

What matters is your willingness to learn and keep showing up.

They expect honesty, effort, and guidance
