As a criminal defense attorney, I’d like to thank Serenity Brown and Rylan Wiles for their confidence they placed in me to handle their respective cases. Both of these cases resolved in the past few months.

In Brown’s 2022 BARREN county murder case, the charge of MURDER was DISMISSED and she received a pretrial diversion on the remaining charge.

In Wiles’s 2019 ALLEN county murder case, the charge of MURDER was DISMISSED and Wiles was permitted to plead to two class D felonies and was given a very substantial credit for being on an ankle monitor while the case was pending.

Spent the last several days in Nevada learning new skills for cases involving the death penalty and trying to level up for the benefit of my clients. In over twenty years of practice, I’ve represented nearly two dozen individuals charged with murder in south central Kentucky. I even represented an individual charged with murder in a US Army Court Martial at Fort Campbell. I’ve represented as many as ten individuals charged with murder at one time, all scattered in several counties. I am thankful for this opportunity to improve the level of service I am able to offer and look forward to applying this new skill set in the future.
