This was taken from a police report detailing the arrest of one of my clients. The officer acknowledged the invocation of my client's rights, but kept talking to him anyway, even after he's asked to call his lawyer. Mighty fine police work, there chief.

"I then informed W***** D**** I had been made aware of the fact he invoked his Miranda Rights and I couldn't take that away from him but, I also couldn't keep him from talking if he wanted to talk."

Some advice for some of you.
1. Never commit more than one crime at a time.
2. If you're going to carry w**d around, make sure all of your cars lights work, don’t speed, use your signals, wear a seat belt, don't play with your phone, come to a complete stop at signs, and don't draw attention.
3. Call Griffith Law Firm, PC when you ignore 1&2.

Don't cosign any note you're not willing to pay.

When you cosign you agree to pay if the primary person doesn't.

Which they won't.
