I am an Arizona Realtor, who has market knowledge and is experienced at clearly communicating my client’s needs during the home negotiating process. My success as a realtor is in part due to the useful and unique services I am able to offer. Over 10 years of real estate experience, combined with my knowledge of operating businesses, years of project management and professional interior design, gives me a unique approach to all things HOME!
I started the real estate business during a historic market crash, which left many Arizona homeowners horribly upside down and in need to quickly get out of potential financial crisis. I adapted to this quick shift in the Arizona market and successfully negotiated scores of short sale transactions, thus saving homes from foreclosure so my clients could once again become home owners without years and years of waiting. Concurrently, I assisted many buyers, who were lucky enough to purchase homes in a down market thus profiting greatly and later becoming repeat clients.
I offer BUYERS a valuable interior design perspective during the home hunting process. I understand that buying a home is stressful if you don’t have the right agent by your side, walking you through the process step by step, offering valuable resources during your due diligence period, and also advising for future resale success. My goal is to make home buying a positive stress free process.
SELLERS, as your listing agent I offer many valuable marketing resources which include professional photos, aerial video of your property and neighborhood, and also unique design services all part of my real estate listing package. I will include space planning, accessorizing, organization tips, paint selection, and additional design options, should you want to utilize them. These important design details will set your home above the rest, having a positive impact on the way your home shows, thus reducing the average days your home is on the market and increasing your sales price so that you can move onto your next venture!
