Straight answers, no fluff, and the perspective of someone who's been on your side of the deal. In Malcolm Gladwell’s book Outliers, he states that people don’t become “masters” at complex things until they have accrued 10,000 hours of practice. I have those 10,000 hours plus when it comes to real estate! Working side by side with my investor father in the 70’s, I learned how to effectively commun
icate with tenants and clients. I learned that communication was the key. Don’t just hear them but listen to what they have on their mind! By helping him with his properties, I gained expert knowledge in the intricacies of property management and sales – from repairing things in a tenant’s home to helping someone find the right home. I have honed my listening skills and gained even more knowledge in real estate for myself starting in 1991 when I purchased my first few rental properties in the suburbs of Chicago. Then after moving to Arizona in 1996, the opportunities presented themselves again and the investment ride started anew. Now, after being an investor and landlord (or fancy name “property manager”) of more than 17 homes for over 20 years, I have decided that “I can’t buy them all, so let me help you!”
I have the passion, the knowledge and the experience in all aspects of real estate and want to share that with you. Our relationship doesn’t end with the purchase of your home. With so many years in the real estate business, I have created many relationships to cover all sorts of real estate needs. Just ask and I probably “gotta guy” who can do what you need! Let me help you find your dream home or ideal investment property.
