We at McWhorter Law Firm would like to take a moment to thank everyone that has supported our firm through our new and improved social media pages. We’d like to introduce or dedicated team of staff that keeps our firm running smoothly and efficiently.
Heath H. McWhorter is our founder and lead attorney who practices in family law, personal injury, business organization, real estate transactions, and litigation. He is a native of Arizona, graduated with a law degree from Arizona State University in 2002, and has since been practicing law. His interests include giving back to his community, travel, history, and outdoor activities.
Lindsay McWhorter is a paralegal and a Certified Legal Document Preparer. She was born in Nevada, grew up in Southern California, and her family moved to Arizona when she was in junior high school. She is also an active mother who enjoys spending time with her two beautiful children.
Melissa Krause is our senior paralegal. She began her legal career in New Mexico and moved back home to Arizona in 2015. She is experienced in family law, personal injury and estate planning. She is also an active mother, and she enjoys the occasional night out at the local karaoke bars.
Tracy Galloway joined the Firm in 2017 as a professional legal assistant. She began working as a legal assistant in California where she remained for twenty (20) years before moving to Arizona in 2016. She enjoys her dog, travel, and relaxing by the pool.
Isabella Cosenza is also a professional legal assistant with the Firm. She began working for the Firm in 2017 as an intern. She intends to attend law school upon graduation from college. Her interests include travel, friends, experiencing new restaurants, and playing tennis. @ McWhorter Law PLLC
