We are proud to announce that The Law Office of Kira M. Rubel is now (drum roll...) The Harbor Law Group! We still offer the same outstanding estate planning, business law, and litigation services (in the same awesome location), but we are expanding our staff and our footprint, and thought a new name would be fitting.

As of January 1, 2020, I am happy to announce that Law Office of Kira M. Rubel Is now The Harbor Law Group. Our new website can be found at www.theharborlawgroup.com. We still offer the same excellent services and are still in the same awesome location in the harbor. page coming soon!

The Harbor Law Group provides concierge-level estate planning, business planning, contract law and negotiation, employment law, and litigation support.

Today is National-post-about-your-amazing-employees day! Katie Kurucz is our amazing client services director and this short post could not possibly say enough nice things about her! Katie joined the firm last spring and her specialties include (1) being incredibly organized, (2) trust funding and recording documents, (3) client interfacing, (4) and general office tomfoolery which includes managing social media marketing, the books, and creation of presentations, among other things. We are so happy to have her as our Jill of many trades!

On a personal note, she is happily married and has a very busy two-year old boy. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, snuggling her son, telling jokes, and being outside (weather permitting...or not!) She is also a two cup per day coffee drinker, and loves to travel!

Hi all! I am now offering 20-minute meet and greets at Cutter's Point Coffee! This first one will be on Wednesday March 6 from 9:45-11:45. This is a chance to have a real chat about estate planning or business questions, and for me to meet community members, all in an easy setting.

Biography of the managing partner: In honor of new headshots by Stephanie Dyane, following is some information about Kira that you might find interesting as a potential or existing client.

Kira has been an attorney for 12 years and has litigated everything from multi-million dollar class actions to small claims appeals cases. In the last few years, her focus has been more on outside general counsel work, business transaction and formation, and estate planning. She is particularly passionate about estate planning and will tell everyone who will listen, "YOU NEED AN ESTATE PLAN"!

Because she began her career in a big-law environment, Kira is a passionate supporter of working mothers and work-life balance, and endeavors to create a good environment for moms at her firm. We allow sick days for sick kids, early days off for parent teacher conferences, and general "I need a day off for me" days. We also allow and welcome our clients' children!

Kira loves to snow ski, hike, and SUP! She also loves hanging with her family, particularly when her four and two-year old daughters are behaving themselves like the angels she knows they can be.
