***Your SC Rebate Check is on the way! Please go to the Website below to check the status of your Rebate Refund to see if you are eligible.

You may qualify if you are a SC Resident--- Part-Year Resident or a Non-Resident as long as you have SC Tax Liability on the SC 1040 State Tax return.

Please have a copy of your 2021 Tax Return readily available to reference. Look at Line 10 on your SC1040 Form. If there is an amount in that line you should be issued a Rebate Refund. Rebate Refunds are Capped at $800.00, no matter what your Tax liability is on line 10.

Example-

A) If your Tax Liability on line 10 is $400.00- your Rebate Refund
will be $400.00.

B) If your Tax Liability is $1400.00- Your Rebate Refund will be
$800.00.

C) If you Tax Liability is $0.00 you are (NOT) eligible for a Rebate
refund.
