They have a pretty neat thing going there if you haven't been out towards Jonah lately. GISD Schools. Future Amenities Center. Affordable Homes.

I got fired this week.

Yep, the business relationship ended before it began.

"No hard feelings, we know you're busy, but we're going to use another agent."

Ouch.

Okay. Are you sure?

Paperwork is sent, I'm ready to do a walk-thru before the photographer this week.

I read the handwriting on the wall, and canceled the photographer.

Have you heard the saying, "If you want something done, give it to a busy person?" That's me, I'm the busy person.

But can I be real? Texts and emails after 7pm, 8pm or 9pm, or on holidays, for non-emergency things, can *usually* wait.

Unfortunately, in our fast-paced world, if agents aren't available 24/7, and responding with google-speed, we just may get the 'ole Donald Trump Apprentice line, "You're Fired!!"

And Yes, it's a consumers prerogative to do so. (And believe me, I know there are lots of choices when it comes to real estate professionals.) It is what it is.

But hey, there is a silver lining in all this. ✨

My week just opened up 💪🏼.
