Evans Moore represents a family whose loved one was placed there with advanced Alzheimer’s. Within a week, he had a spiral fracture and multiple broken ribs. He died six months later.

The police report only blamed one truck.

That’s not what we found.

When we got into discovery, we pulled surveillance video and the dash camera from our client’s own vehicle. Turns out a second truck was just as much at fault for this crash as the first one.

That changed the whole case. Now there were two commercial insurance policies in play instead of one - and our client ended up with a settlement that actually reflected what happened to them.

Sometimes the official report is just the starting point, not the full story.
