Friendly reminder… property tax season is here and the first installment deadline is coming up fast ⏰

📍 First Installment Due: June 1 (pay by Monday!)
📍 Second Installment Due: September 1

If your taxes are escrowed with your mortgage, your lender will usually handle payment for you. HOWEVER — we always recommend verifying with your loan servicer that payment was actually made. Mistakes and servicing issues can happen.

If you do not escrow your taxes, make sure you submit payment directly to your county treasurer to avoid penalties or late fees.
