That time again!! We are now accepting appointments. We have a few nice deductions this year, including credits for seniors on social security, tip income credit and overtime income credit. In order to receive the overtime credit please make sure box 14 of your w2 shows this amount if not you will need to bring in your last paystub of 2025 and we will work with you to find the overtime amount. URGENT!!!!!
Several of my clients have called regarding the new BOI form which must be filed before December 31st.
Beneficial ownership information refers to identifying information about the individuals who directly or indirectly own or control a company. For those that file late the fees are as follow: Up to $591 per day in civil penalties, plus a potential $10,000 fine and/or up to two years in prison. I have spent the last several days reaching out to my clients to make sure that they are aware of these penalties and fines.

Where's My Refund? should show an updated status by February 18 for most early EITC/ACTC filers. The IRS expects most EITC/ACTC related refunds to be available in taxpayer bank accounts or on debit cards by February 28 if taxpayers chose direct deposit and there are no other issues with their tax return.
