🌴✨ WHAT’S HAPPENING THIS WEEKEND ON THE MISSISSIPPI GULF COAST? 🖤💛

📅 October 16–18, 2026

Fall is in the air, and the Mississippi Gulf Coast has another exciting weekend ahead! 🍂☀️

One of the things I love most about living on the Coast is that there’s always something happening in our communities. From local festivals and live music to art, history, and family-friendly fun, there’s something for everyone!

And the best part? Most of these activities are completely FREE! 🙌

📍 Here’s what’s happening this weekend:

🚔 Friday: Night Out Against Crime — Long Beach
🐟 Saturday: 36th Annual Gautier Mullet & Music Festival — Gautier
🎨 Saturday: Fall for Art: Art Without Walls — Bay St. Louis
🏛️ Saturday & Sunday: 40th Annual Fall Muster at Beauvoir — Biloxi
👑 Sunday: 20th Annual Old Biloxi Cemetery Tour — Biloxi

☀️ BONUS: The weekend weather is looking beautiful, especially Saturday and Sunday! Perfect for getting outside and enjoying everything our Coast has to offer.

📌 SAVE THIS CALENDAR, SHARE IT WITH YOUR FRIENDS, AND MAKE SOME WEEKEND PLANS!

Remember, every time we attend a local festival, shop with a small business, or support a community event, we help make our Mississippi Gulf Coast an even better place to live. ❤️

At New Trend Realty, we believe real estate is about so much more than buying and selling homes. It’s about the people, the communities, and the lifestyle that make a place truly feel like HOME. 🏡

Explore. Enjoy. Support Local. 🌴

📍 Low-lying and flood-prone areas
📍 Properties along rivers, river inlets, bayous and creeks
