Whether or not you plan to move this upcoming year, I still CHALLENGE YOU!

I challenged Emily to do this with our STUFF.
STUFF, or just what at the end of the challenge, we deemed excessive possessions that we are SOOOO thankful we shed.

I don’t believe everyone will go down to 1 fork, 1 knife, 1 spoon, 1 plate, 1 bowel per household member, BUT the more minimalistic we became the more stress was relieved.

All that STUFF was donated. Some to goodwill and others to shelters/organizations that we knew wouldn’t be reselling but truly giving away.

Bonus: there are many BUY NOTHING groups on Facebook. Donate there! Everyone I met was very appreciative and kind.

Honesty from a Realtor

I don’t believe real estate agents have the power to “sell” anyone on a home. A good agent is more of a trusted advisor—someone who listens to your needs, understands the process and legalities, and works to find exactly what YOU want.

I don’t waste my clients' time focusing on things like countertops or tile (unless you ask). My best clients know what they’re looking for, and I help them find it.

P.S.—We’re not magicians. I love explaining the 80-85% rule: I can usually find about 85% of what you're looking for in a property (90-95% at best), but some things might need extra work to make it perfect, have to be customized, or cost a little more.

Tennis, swimming, weightlifting and pickleball have all taken a toll on me already. My right arm specifically pops in/out of socket and I throw it back in.
I get to the gym for pre-workout and pickleball to be welcomed by another player doing the same. He is a retired physical therapist who took the time to educate me on how to better it, build it up and let me know that it’s not my rotator cuff but possibly micro tears.
He instantly located the problem spot (muscle tangle) and worked it out for me = INSTANT RELIEF! 😮‍💨 We then proceeded to win about 5 games in a row 💪🏼
