Did you know that inquiries and prompts to AI are NOT confidential? As much as you may love using AI, the other side can request your prompts in discovery and those can be used against your in court.

Also, DON'T, for the love of everything that is holy, rely on AI for legal advice in your case. Talk to an attorney and don't let a compilation of whatever is found on the internet guide you during one of the most important times in your life. ChatGPT also won't come to court with you to explain and argue why you did what you did.
