One highlight was hearing Horst Schulze (founder of Ritz Carlton) speak. 87 years old. His energy, clarity, and well-timed humor had me thinking, “This guy has not lost his fastball!” 🔥His enthusiasm for excellence was contagious.

Also, as a “Leadership Coaching” member, huge thanks to BuffCo as we were given an incredibly valuable resource: our 2027 “Playbook”, that includes: Goals, plan, and action steps for every coaching call, annual and Quarterly business reviews, and so much more!
