I love the Parade of Homes — it’s one of my favorite events of the year. There’s just something about springtime, fresh ideas, and seeing all the newest builds come to life that makes this event so special.
One of the biggest reasons I encourage Buyers and Sellers to tour the Parade of Homes is because it gives you a firsthand look at what’s actively being built, what design trends are taking off, and what’s about to hit the market. It’s one of the best ways to stay ahead of the curve whether you’re planning to buy, sell, or build.
For Buyers, the Parade of Homes is a great opportunity to compare floor plans, finishes, layouts, and features all in one place. For Sellers, it’s a valuable reminder of what today’s buyers are seeing and expecting in a home.
The Gainesville Parade of Homes, hosted by the Builders Association of North Central Florida, has been a local tradition since 1958 and continues to showcase the talent of our area’s builders, developers, designers, suppliers, and sponsors.
